Application Procedures:
- Take safety precautions when removing the balls from the steamer. Test the temperature on your forearm before the application process.
- Hold the base of the ball lightly and pat gently all over the areas to get yourself accustomed to the temperature and feel of the ball.
- Do light springing motions up and down.
- Apply the ball on the affected area of the body one side at a time.
- Slowly start rolling the ball.
- Do some deep presses away from the spine.
- Finally, squeeze and roll the ball to allow oils to penetrate.
